TabNudge was built in 2025 in New Zealand after extensive research with small businesses across NZ and Australia. Late payments came up as a real, recurring problem in nearly every conversation — costing SMBs hours every month and thousands of dollars a year in chased-up cashflow.
Existing tools either fired reminders on a fixed schedule and ignored customer replies, or required half a day of setup before they sent the first email. Tradies and service businesses described what they actually wanted: something that read replies, adjusted automatically, and never sent anything in their name without their say-so. That's what TabNudge was built to do.
